RESOLUTION of 28 April 2004, of the Unidad Territorial de Energía of Alicante, to submit the special plans, preliminary windfarm construction projects and environmental impact study for Zone 14 of the Valencian Community Wind Power Plan jointly to public scrutiny. ATVARI 2004/1. [2004/F5951]

For the purposes laid down in the Resolution of 26 July 2001 of the Valencian Government, approving the Valencian Community Wind Power Plan and in accordance with the provisions of section 38 of the Town Planning Act 6/1994, of 15 November and 158 of Valencian Government Decree 201/1998 of 15 December approving Valencian Community Planning Regulations; in sections 125 and 144 of Royal Decree 1955/2000, of 1 December, regulating the transport, distribution, sale, supply and authorisation procedures for electricity installations and section 4 of the Environmental Impact Act 2/1989, of 3 March, the following documents relating to Zone 14 presented by the company Vent, Sol i Energia, S.A. are hereby submitted to public scrutiny.

1. Special zoning plan for the construction of windfarms affecting the municipal districts of Castell de Castells, Benillup, Facheca, Famorca, Almudaina, Benimassot, Gorga, Millena, Planes, Balones, Quatretondeta and Tollos and consisting of a report justifying the proposals, explanatory plans and regulations and modifications that might affect current municipal planning. A copy of said plan is available for consultation in the town halls of the villages affected.

2. Preliminary construction projects for the windfarms whose main characteristics and the list of properties and rights affected are listed in the appendices.

3. Environmental impact study of the area where the windfarms will be constructed.

The above is published for general information and particularly for the holders of properties and rights affected, so that the documentation concerned can be examined at the Servicio Territorial de Industria of Alicante, situated at calle de Churruca, 29, 03003 Alicante, and any objections filed within one month, as from the day after the publication of this announcement.
